We started out as analysts and application developers. Whether you need to interview dozens of people in the company and generate recommendations for organizational or procedural changes in the organization on the basis of collected data, or you needed to sell your goods on Amazon, we have always described how the process is going, we have translated it into IT Speech, Programmed, Tested, and Operated to deliver everything to your satisfaction.

Since 2023 we have been building and running artificial intelligence solutions in real business operation. We combine AI agents with classic automation: AI handles everything that has no fixed format – e-mails, requests, documents – and rules reliably write the result into your systems. We help companies from consulting through training to implementation, and if the data must not leave the company, we run everything on its own infrastructure.

We pass our know-how on. We run IT training – OpenShift, Linux, Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD and DevOps practices –, automation training and AI training for management, teams and IT. We draw on our own experience from running large environments, so we teach above all hands-on: participants work on real infrastructure and solve the tasks they will then face at work.

Today we use virtual reality above all for training. In VR we prepare entire teams for situations that cannot be rehearsed in live operation – for example responding to a cyber security incident, when IT, security, management and communications have to work together under time pressure. Participants go through the scenario together, in a realistic environment and without any risk to real systems.
