Artificial intelligence is everywhere today, yet most companies use it only as a better search engine or text generator. The real benefit comes when AI stops merely answering and starts working: taking over routine agenda, preparing documents, watching over processes and passing on to people only what truly requires their decision.

We bring two prerequisites that rarely meet in one company: for more than ten years we have been automating infrastructure and entire services in large environments, and since 2023 we have been building and running artificial intelligence solutions in real business operation. So we know not only what AI can do, but above all which of it pays off and how to embed it into a company so that it lasts.

We go through your processes with you and tell you plainly where AI makes sense and where it does not. The outcome is a concrete proposal: which activities to automate, with which tools, at what cost and with what benefit. We also deal with what is often forgotten – data security, GDPR and the AI regulation (AI Act), and the question of whether to run the solution in the cloud or on your own infrastructure.

Training

Implementation

From a pilot on a single process to a production deployment connected to your systems (ERP, CRM, e-mail, helpdesk, documents). We operate the deployed solution or hand it over to your IT – including measuring how much time and money it has actually saved.

Multi-agent workflows combined with classic automation

Our approach is built on the fact that AI and classic automation do not exclude each other, they complement each other.

Classic automation (scripts, integrations, rules, workflow systems) is precise, cheap and one hundred percent predictable. It is ideal for structured steps: create a record, move data, send a notification, check a deadline. But it cannot cope with anything that does not have a fixed format – a freely written e-mail, an unclear request, a contract in PDF.

AI agents can do exactly that: read, understand, sort, fill in missing information and decide in the grey zone. Instead of one big model that “does everything”, we build a team of specialised agents – one collects the inputs, another checks, a third processes, another prepares the output – and each has a clearly defined role, permissions and the data it may access. Wherever money, commitments or reputation are at stake, there is always a human who approves in the chain.

The result is a process where:

• AI does what rules cannot – it understands unstructured input and prepares the decision,
• rules do what must be one hundred percent reliable – writes into systems, calculations, deadlines, notifications,
• every step is traceable – you know what was done by a human, what by automation and what by AI, and why.

Typical examples

• Incoming requests and tickets – AI reads the request, classifies it, fills in missing information and proposes a solution; automation creates the ticket and assigns it to the right person; a human steps in only in disputable cases.
• Document processing – orders, invoices, contracts: AI extracts the content and compares it with the rules, automation writes it into the system, a human approves the exceptions.
• Preparing documents and reporting – agents collect data from several systems, put together the basis for a decision and point out deviations, without anyone having to copy spreadsheets.
• Internal knowledge – answers to employees’ questions from company documents and procedures, with a reference to the source and without data leaving the company.

Your data stays with you

If your data must not leave the company – whether because of regulation, contracts or simply healthy caution – we can run the entire solution on your own infrastructure. We have been running on-premise infrastructure since 2016 and we know what it takes to deploy and operate AI inside a company, not just in someone else’s cloud.

We are engineers, not salespeople. We will also tell you where AI does not pay off. And when it does, WE WILL NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE WITH IT.
